A concept design to support a planning application within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

For this project, we collaborated with our clients to create a concept scheme in support of a Paragraph 80 application located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in Maidstone, Kent.

The proposal was underpinned by important landscape conservation and enhancement works, with the aim of conserving and improving the site’s landscape and biodiversity values.
